A sensational fine quality antique French Louis XVIth mantel clock, with base and obelisks of grey veined Carrera marble.    The obelisks mounted in ormolu with lion masks on each, and surmounted by ormolu ball finials. The base surrounded by beautifully decorated posts with ormolu chains, all standing upon eight ormolu toupee feet.  The dial and movement between the obelisks in a drum case. The dial of convex white enamel over copper and signed Revel Aaina with Arabic minute and hour markers, fine original Louis XVI fleur de lys hands and asymmetric winding holes.
