Beautiful 19th century Italian 18kt gold micro mosaic onyx bracelet and brooch.  The gold borders decorated with engraved geometric and floral patterns, the brooch with micro mosaic baby Bacchus, the bracelet with four micro mosaic floral decorated onyx segments, and one large segment with young girl holding flowers.
