A magnificent French gilt bronze 19th century ecrier with a classical female bust by G.F Michel, 1851-1924, mounted on a pedestal signed La Pensee with foundary marks for Susse Freres, Paris. Double dore bronze inkpots on a varigated marble base, resting on ball feet. Ca. 1880.
