Fabulous Pair of 19th c. Silver on Bronze Candelabra

Fabulous pair of late 19th – early 20th century silver on bronze five light candelabra, the whole with heavy foliate grape and vine exuberant decoration.   Tri footed bases with heraldic shield coat of arms, and the Latin motto “HINC ORIOR” translating “HENCE I RISE”.  Unmarked, possibly by Elkington & Co of Birmingham, England.  Missing single grape cluster on base of one candelabrum, otherwise condition is excellent.
